- All shipments within Canada will be made via through Canpar or Canada Post at the following rates:

Upon shipping, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. Upon the customers request, other methods of shipping may be used and will be subject to an additional charge. Free Shipping will not apply to these resquests.

- All published prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Published prices do not include shipping and insurance.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Yummy Skin. Please be sure to provide the exact name as it appears on your credit card, billing address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. In the event your credit card has not been approved, Yummy Skin has the right to cancel the order.

- Returns

If you receive your shipment and the contents are broken or damaged, please notify us immediately by calling our toll free number 1-877-448-3014. Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days from the date you received your package. Please make a copy of your shipping invoice, circle the damaged item, include a brief description of damage and mail the Damaged Product in a leak proof bag (such as a resealable plastic bag) along with your original shipping invoice to:

- We cannot replace your damaged merchandise until the original shipping invoice is received.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products for hygienic reasons.
- Typographical Errors
- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Yummy Skin shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price after every attempt has been made to contact the customer to inform them of the error. Yummy Skin shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Yummy Skin shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
- Data Collection
- Yummy Skin collects limited non-personal identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your visit and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our site.
- Some of our services require you to register for an account. Yummy Skin asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, mailing address, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to purchase the products offered on our site. To purchase products we request a credit card or other payment information, which is not stored on Yummy Skin's Servers. All credit card processing and personal information submitted is safe and confidential and is stored on a 128 bit encrypted 3rd party secure server. This 3rd party is called Moneris Solutions and can be found at www.moneris.com All credit card information collected is solely used for order processing. Credit Card information is deleted once the verification process is complete.
- Yummy Skin's website contains a totally secure checkout page. You can verify this by the https at the beginning of the address or by the padlock found in the corner of your browser.
