What is the shelf life of your products?
Once the product is opened the shelf life is 1 year. Our Smoothie Scrubs has a six month shelf life once opened due to the real fruit that is infused into the formulation.
I have very sensitive skin. Can I still try your products?
Yes!, Since our products are bursting with natural and nourishing ingredients instead of fillers so you are not likely to react to our gentle products. We do suggest a patch test first and then wait 24 hours.
Since you use fragrance in your products are the fragrances phthalates free?
Yes. We insist on having no phthalates in any of our skin products.
How much is shipping and once I place my order how long will it take before the order is shipped?
Shipping costs $6.00 anywhere is Canada. Orders over $75.00 (taxes not included) receive free shipping. Orders take 2-3 business days to be shipped. We ship through Canpar and Canada Post. You will receive an email confirming your order was shipped along with a tracking #.
Do you use preservatives in your products?
Yes, we use the minimal amount to ensure bacteria does not form in the products once opened and used. Too often there are skin rashes due to bacteria being transferred from fingers and hands into skin products. We use between .2% -1% depending on the product you choose. We DO NOT use parabens to preserve our products.
